Vacation Rental Description
The SandBox Inn is the upper half of beach house - technically a duplex - located in a quiet residential area on the north side of South Padre Island, Texas. Owned and operated by master sand sculptor "sandy feet" who lives in the downstairs unit and teaches people how to build better sandcastles when she is in town.

    • Sandcastle building is not just for kids! In fact, most of my serious students are adults. I work with all levels of experience and ability and offer packages that include copies of my how-to book and custom sand sculpting tool sets.

    Season Rate
    		  Low Season Price: $150 per Day
      High Season Price: $300 per Day
         

    Generally speaking, a deposit of half the total will secure your dates and rates. This deposit - less a $50 "restocking fee" - is refundable up to 30 days prior to your arrival. I accept VISA, Discover and Mastercard on my secure server, check/moneyorder or Paypal. Note: I may also require a damage deposit of as much as $500, particularly during spring break. This deposit will be returned to you within two weeks of your departure, provided you leave the place in good shape. (Normal wear & tear is not the issue: I am talking about broken furniture, boiled-over crud on the burners, etc.)
