This beautiful two-bedroom/two-bath, third-floor, beachfront condominium in Seagull Condominium is centrally located on South Padre Island beach. It's just a short drive from the fishing docks, shops, and wonderful restaurants! The kitchen is fully equipped. And the condo features three balconies. It's an ideal vacation rental for small families or couples. Special features include a view of the beach and surf from the main balcony, a view of the swimming pool from the north balcony, and a completely redecorated interior. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer, a large-screen TV, a whirlpool bathtub, and all linens. The secured complex is beautifully landscaped, and features a heated swimming pool and sun-deck. We welcome well-mannered dogs for a $50 fee per dog per stay. And a crib is available for the asking. A deposit of one-half of the rent will hold your reservation.
