This cozy, ground floor unit has everything your small group will need for a great South Padre Island getaway. With a separate entrance from the upstairs unit, private fenced yard, and plenty of outdoor space for surfboards, kayaks, bikes or other outdoor gear, this is a great rental for families on the go. We are located close to restaurants, shopping and the beach as well as the bay and fishing. Despite it's cozy dimensions, this unit has all the amenities. There is a dishwasher, refrigerator, and 4 burner stove, as well as microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker / espresso machine in the functional kitchenette. We also have a full bathroom, queen bedroom, and kids room as well as a sleeper sofa and entertainment center. All linens and towels are provided along with paper products and soaps.
