An original ranch house (newly renovated), in historic San Antonio Texas. On 20 acres with a beautiful spring fed creek. (Good fishing, Perch, Bass, Catfish). Fenced yard. The house sets amongst a grove of trees Secluded, very quiet and peaceful. A large front porch. (Central heat and air conditioning, a dishwasher, and a clothes washer & dryer inside) Compact and comfortable. The house is lovely. Outside is Volley Ball and Basketball. The Master bedroom has a Queen sized bed. The second bedroom a Full size bed , a Twin, and two Single beds. The Living room has a Queen Sofa/bed for additional sleeping.

12 minutes from downtown San Antonio. A mile and a half to Loop 410 Freeway. 12 minutes to the Alamo or The Riverwalk. 20 minutes. to Lackland AFB, 10 to Fort Sam Houston 20 Minutes to Sea World, 30 to Fiesta Texas 35 Minutes to Schlitterbaun (water park)



Rate Information
$150 nightly
$1000 weekly
Rates based upon 8 people, over that a $10 per night per person charge.
There is a cleaning fee that will be determined on the amount of people.
