Ranch house on 11 acres with a creek. This unique home is a beauty. Once on the property, peace and quiet from the noise of city living, yet the convenience of shopping only minutes away. There is a separate large building that is used as a Game Room. Ping Pong is the main game. The big yard has a grass Volley Ball court, and there is a Basketball area with a cement slab. NOTE: There is also a 2 bedroom house , over a 100 yards away (length of a football field). This house is rented separately (Listing "McInnis Cabin"). These are the only houses on the 11 acres. The two houses are very private and secluded from each other, and cannot be seen if in one or the other. (trees between the two). The Alamo and Riverwalk are less then 10 minutes away.

$185 nightly 
$1250 weekly 
Rate shown is for up to 8 people. Over that is a charge of $15 per person per night.  
 
There is a cleaning fee that will be determined on the amount of people.
