A new Ranch house on 10 acres in the country on the outskirts of San Antonio, yet only 15 minutes to downtown to the Alamo and Riverwalk. Serenity and scenic beauty. Tile floors throughout the entire house. A big fireplace in the spacious living room. Two of the bathrooms are handicap accessable, with walk in showers. The house was built with accessibility and comfort in mind. The Dining area has two tables with 16 chairs. The back Patio is huge. It runs the length of the house. It will accomodate very large groups. There is also a large Pond fed by Well water with a dock for fishing and swimming.

$1700 weekly 
$6000 monthly 
Prices shown are for 8 people. Over the 8 it's $15 per person a night.  
 
There is a cleaning fee that will be determined on the amount of people.
