A BIG BEAUTIFUL RANCH HOUSE ON 30 ACRES. Originally built in the early 1900's , in the year 2000 it was newly renovated, with central heat and air conditioning. There are still many of the original Corrals and outbuildings. Abundant with Oak, Pecan, and Mesquite trees. A big wood burning fireplace is in the downstairs living room. CALAVERAS LAKE is only a mile away, but there is a large Pond 200 yards from the house. The pond is about 75 yards long, 50 yards wide, and has a gentle slope to a depth of about 8 ft. With the fresh clean well water supplying it, swimming is great, and so is the fishing. The pond was built and stocked with Channel Cats, Bluegill Perch , and Largemouth Bass in July 2002. Two 8' picnic tables are set under trees so makes for a great picnic area. Fishing gear on-site, and a bait place only a half mile away. HOUSE LIVING ARRANGEMENTS ARE AS SUCH: Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and two and a half baths. Downstairs Living room has a door to shut for privacy, a queen sofa/bed, and it's own bathroom with shower. The downstairs utility room has a door to shut for privacy, a Queen size bed, and it's own bathroom with shower. (Upstairs has a King-size bed in one room, two Full size beds in another bedroom, and also two Full size in the third room). NOTE: A Cabin is in process of being built that is 100 yards from the main house. (Final October 09) A spacious one bedroom with two Queen beds, plus a Queen sofa bed in the Living room. One full bath, This would be an additional cost if rented along with the main house. Will not be rented seperately to anyone else.

RATE INFORMATION:
$225 nightly
$1500 weekly
$5000 monthly
Once over 8 people there is a $15 per person per night charge.

There is a cleaning fee that will be determined on the amount of people.

The rent is for up to 8 people, then a charge of $15 a night per person. Childrens ages are taken into consideration so please list ther individual ages. A weekly rate (7 nights) is $1525. There is a claning charge based upon the amount of people.
