A 6 bedroom main house with two separate wings each with its own kitchen, laundry facilities, and bathrooms. Also a large separate cottage with a bathroom & shower. The Cottage has two Queen beds and a Queen sleeper/sofa. The Cottage is NOT rented separately. If guest of the main house are not using it, it will remain vacant. The house is on 6 acres with a creek In addition to a Jacuzzi in the house.

				Low Season Price:	$250 per Day
				High Season Price:	$250 per Day

Weekly rate is $1700 ($50 discount). The rates are based upon 8 people, then over that is $15 a night per person. Childrens ages are a consideration so please specify ages of all of them. There is a cleaning fee charged, and this will depend on the amout of people. The Cottage next to the house can be rented for $30 a night extra. It has 2 queen size beds, and a full bathroom. If the renters of the main house do not take the Cottage it remains vacant. It is not rented out seperately.
