This house is the one you will return to time and time again, in a quiet neighborhood in Rockport, Texas. The house is beautiful, fresh and clean and has a quaint, comfortable beach house feel. Take your pick from the Purple Cat room, the Tropical Hawaiian room or the Master suite.

Cook breakfast in the kitchen or lunch on the grill and enjoy it on the patio, watching all of the native birds. You can go to the beach or take a dip out back and float in the water or even take a ride in our two man kayak or go by yourself in our one man kayak, out to Estes Flats which is some of the best fishing and duck hunting in South Texas. The house is surrounded by lush tropical foliage and a garden. Our house is perfect for relaxing on the porch or sunning your buns in the backyard.

The Palm Harbor Marina is walking distance from the house were you can buy bait, have lunch or explore the inter-coastal shore line.

There is ample fishing off the bulkhead in back of the house or a spacious area to tie up your own boat were it is waiting for you to jump in it and go catch the big ones. A green-light in the water attracts all sorts of fish at night and also you can light up the fireplace for your enjoyment, under the beautiful starry night skies.

We are located about 5 minutes from Rockport and about 25 minutes from Port Aransas and Corpus Christi. The area has great restaurants that can grill what you catch or serve fantastic seafood.

You park you boat right in the water at the house so you can jump in it and head out fishing anytime or you can take off in one of our kayaks if that is your desire.

Deposits: Reservations are secured with deposit. Deposit must be received within 10 days of when you called to reserve you reservation to hold the property. Deposit amount is fifty-percent (50%) of the total rent. The remaining fifty-percent (50%) is due upon check-in. Reservations without timely deposits will be cancelled without notice. Cancellation: Refunds will only be made for cancellations made at least 60 days prior to arrival. There is a $100 cancellation charge. Renter has the option of rescheduling the stay at another date that is mutually beneficial to avoid the cancellation fee. Rates may vary based on the time frame Renter wants to reschedule. Payment method: Personal check or money order/cashiers check.
