3 Bedroom House in Port Lavaca

Magnolia Cottage is a place of rest and relaxation with all the comforts of home, just at the beach. It is only a few moments from the beach so it is a short walk or even shorter drive. And our beach you can drive on! 
 
When you walk in, you have clean sheets on the bed, a full kitchen with all the appliances from home, including a dish washer, microwave, oven, stove, coffeemaker, blender, side by side fridge with icemaker and more. Also included is a clothing washer/dryer for your use.  
 
Also provided is DISH TV with about 100 in house movies, DVD/VCR player, stereo system, books, games, puzzles. 
 
Pets are allowed with an extra $30 fee. And the home is fenced. 
 
It is on one level and is almost handicapped accessible.  
 
At the present time, if you leave the house in good condition, you are not charged a cleaning fee like many other vacation rental homes are doing.

The family friendly beach you can drive on! There is also a free boat launch, free public fishing pier, a bird walk, 20 covered picnic areas, playground, fishing, shelling, sailing, boating, kayaking, swimming and even a place to catch crabs for your dinner table.  
 
It is not a party place like so many of the Texas Beaches are becoming, but really a family friendly place. No condos yet or any of the typical touristy shops. Just a beach experience like it was years ago.
