Come stay in your island style dream beach house. A Parade of Homes house with many beautiful features throughout. This 5 bedroom/3.5 bath house has many extras for your family to enjoy. It is located in a beach side community(3-5 minute walk to beach) and the house is conveniently on the family community pool with chairs and shower area to rinse off after beach time. It is East facing so it offers shade during the hot afternoons on 2 levels of covered deck. It also has a sun deck on second level for a more private sunbathing time too. Your tropical oasis is found as you enter this beautifully decorated Hawaiin island/Surfers Dream style home. 
You will find the 1st Master(king bed)"Surfer's Dream" is located on the first floor with it's large private bathroom and walk in closet(kid toys inside) and a 2nd Master(queen bed) on second floor with a private bathroom and private exit to balcony. The 3rd room(upstairs/private from kid room by bathroom in between) has a "tropical" feel and private exit to balcony also. The 4th bedroom(upstairs) "Kids just want 2 have Fun" has 2 bunk beds and a tv with VHS for kid entertainment(great video library provided). The 5th bedroom is private with trundle bed(offering 2 twins or queen put together). All linens are provided-including 3 sets of towels(pool/beach/bath) for more convenience. 
Feel the relaxing "Island Time" as you enter the tropical decorated house(tile throughout downstairs). The livingroom is straight ahead(padded carpet area) with an open plan to dining area with seating for 6(also toddler table & 2 highchairs) and fully stocked kitchen(2 paper towel rolls/trash bags & dish soaps provided) with bar(seats 4). You have everything you need to make a feast or drive 2-3 minutes to downtown Port A restaurants. (Look in house Welcome/rule book for good places to eat and don't forget to add your favorites!). The half bathroom(2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom provided) is understairway next to kitchen and full laundry room down hallway(bring your prefered laundry soap). There are 2 big TVs with cable(1 downstairs/1 upstairs) to offer kids & adults seperate tv times if desired. There are bean bags for extra kid seating. Enjoy the sounds and smells of the beach on the large back covered porches as the kids play in the fully enclosed (half grass/rocks) backyard or stroll down the street to the private boardwalk to the beach.

The frig offers distilled water and ice on door. The washer and dryer are large capacity and there is a deep sink in laundry room for rinsing out bathing suits and rack to hang to dry.

We have a toddler playground set up in our fully gated backyard. We also have chairs/wagon/2 coolers on wheels/boogie boards/sand toys/floats for more family fun. There is the USS Lexington and Texas State Aquarium about 30 minutes from house-kids love car fairy ride(look for dolphins). You can take a picnic lunch to Aquarium large playground area for fun while there. There is a small beach and shops there too.

We take half down and balance due 30 days before ck in date. Our cancelation policy is on contract. We accept direct deposit to Bank of America or cashiers/check for payment.
