Port Aransas is a small, tourist friendly fishing village located on Mustang Island, just a short ferry ride from the mainland, near Aransas Pass and Corpus Christi. Relax and make yourself at home. Fish the bays, jetties and deep gulf waters. Watch the dolphins frolic in the channel. Enjoy gentle gulf breezes on miles of beautiful beaches.     Rental Policies HOLIDAY REQUIRE A 3 NIGHT MINIMUM RENTAL. RESERVATIONS: 25% of the total reservation is due when the reservation is made. The balance is due upon arrival. CHECK-IN/OUT: You may check-in after 4PM at 1900 State Hwy. 361, our office will be open from 9-5 Monday-Saturday and Sunday 10-4. Check out time is 11 AM. Early check-in and/or late check-out, if available, is $50. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation more than 14 days prior to check-in will result in a $50 service charge and a return of the 25% deposit. Cancellations made less than 14 days to arrival will result in a $50 administrative fee and the forfeiture of the 25% deposit. There are no refunds for early departures. All monthly winter rentals must cancel with more than 30 days notice or you will forfeit your deposit. AGE LIMITS: Contracting guests of PAE must be 25 years of age or older. PAE reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
