This is a Non-Smoking Townhouse (No Smoking Inside or On Balconies!!).

Brand new townhome! Rent this newly decorated and fully-furnished beach house for a fabulous
vacation getaway....Just 2 blocks from the Beach and Bob Hall Pier. Go to the Beach every day, or
just relax and enjoy the tropical lagoon-type pool located in the middle of The Breezeways complex.

The townhome has over 1400sf of living space that includes all the amenities to make you feel right
at home...full kitchen with dishes, pots & pans, utensils, plus all linens (towels & bedding). All
you need to bring is your suitcase!!

The Second Floor consists of the Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Room and Half Bath.

The Kitchen has top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, including a doublewide refrigerator,
smoothtop range & microwave and dishwasher.

The Dining area has seating for four with cushioned seats. Plus, there are 2 additional barstools at
the counter. In this area, there is also a small desk for those who need a place to set up their
computer.....and free Wireless Internet for guests.

The Living Room has a door leading to the Balcony where you can spend endless hours just enjoying
the pleasures of being on vacation. Spoil yourself in the comfort of leather furniture with a double
recliner couch and reclining rocking chair.

The 2 Master Bedrooms are both on the third floor, each has its own bathroom and walk-in closet.

One Master Bedroom has an eastern King pillowtop bed with shower and large walk-in closet. There is
a door leading off the bedroom to the third floor Balcony, where you have a partial view of the
ocean, and can enjoy the cool ocean breeze.

The other Master Bedroom has two twin pillowtop beds. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo, vanity
setup, and a large walk-in closet. Between the two bedrooms, for your convenience, is the
washer/dryer.

All rooms have ceiling fans. Included are wireless internet, cable TV, as well as DVD & VHS players
your movie enjoyment.

Townhome has full kitchen with stove, microwave, doublewide fridge, dishwasher, plus small appliances. Master bedrooms have king bed, and two twins. Also has 4 ceiling fans, 3 televisions, cable TV, and wireless internet. All dishes, pots & pans, utensils, bedding, and towels are supplies.

Most activities in the area are water related - swimming, sunbathing, boating, sailing, fishing, riding skijets, windsurfing, etc. The Island has Padre Island National Seashore, plus many souvenir stores, miniature golf, and several good restaurants. In Corpus Christi, there are many tourist attractions including - The Lexington (retired aircraft carrier), Texas Aquarium, Historical Museum, plus plenty of shopping and excellent restaurants. Many other attractions are a short drive to Rockport, Port Aransas, Mustang Island, Kingsville, etc. San Antonio is a three hour drive to see The Alamo, Six Flags, Sea World, the Riverwalk, water parks, and is a great way to spend your vacation.

Security Deposit is due at booking, with Rent due 60 days prior to arrival. Security deposit is fully refundable if no losses, breakage or damage is found during cleaning. If reservation is cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival, a $125 handling fee applies. If cancelled 15-29 days before arrival, there is a 25% penalty, plus the handling fee. And between 0-14 days prior to arrival, there is a 50% penalty, plus the handling fee. We accept personal checks a month before arrival. Otherwise, payment is accepted with most credit cards thru PayPal. Last minute bookings pay with Cash.
