Minutes away from restaurants and shopping in New Braunfels or to the Tanger Outlet Mall in San Marcos, golf course up the street at The Bandit, historic Gruene, and Schlitterbahn waterpark.

All water activities on Lake Dunlap and there is a public boat ramp. 
Schlitterbahn waterpark is off of Loop 337, take a right on Common, and follow the signs. 
The Bandit Golf Course is off of FM 725 going east. 
Tanger Outlet Mall is on I35 North in San Marcos.

off season is Sept 7-May 15 at $1500/wk or $200/night Sun-Wed and $300/night Thurs-Sat. peak season is May 15-Sept. 7 at $2750/wk and holidays $3000/wk or $400/night Sun-Wed. and $500/night Thur-Sat.
