Vacation Rental Description
This house was built in the 30's and is furnished with a mixture of old and new. 
It has one double bed that is extremely comfortable and makes a nice romantic getaway 
for 2. Because a few of the furnishings are very old it is not suitable for kids. It is within a few miles of some of the best restaurants in the area. If music is your thing it is very close to Gruene Hall, River Road Ice House, 
Whitewater Music venue and Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre in Selma.  
 
It is only 20 minutes to Canyon Lake or in another direction, the Famous Outlet Malls of San Marcos. Or if you are so inclined the Alamo and Riverwalk of San Antonio are only 30 minutes away. Or visit the drive through wildlife park. Both Greuene and New Braunfels are cute little towns that can put you back in time. There is something for everyone from Spa's to rapids. greuene hosts market days and many other events. We are walking distance to the fairgrounds. New Braunfels has a Piano bar, a violin shop lot's of antiques and a German restaurant where you can always find a Wurstfest costume and a hardware store from days past. Rivers weave all through the town giving countless places to hang out, people watch and just enjoy the day. The neighborhood has nice wide streets if you want to bring a bike. When you get home you will find a comfortable porch or a comfortable couch. You may want to select a video from our selection.

    Pricing is normally $450.00 per week or $95.00 per night. Holidays such as forth of July weekend or wurstfest are $115.00 per night. The weekly price does not change. I collect a $150.00 refundable deposit. This is refundable if there are no towels missing or damage. Hotel taxes apply and will be added to the total. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival date will lose 50% of the nightly or weekly rate.
