The Tietze Haus is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath vacation rental home. There is a queen bed in the back bedroom, 2 twins in the front bedroom, a double size sleeper sofa in the den and a twin roll-away bed. All the amenities of any home are available to you. It is has an historic marker from the City of New Braunfels. Built in 1921, it has been in the same family since that time.

    Season Rate
    		  Low Season Price: $700 per Week
      High Season Price: $1,250 per Week
         

    Rates: May - September week nights $200, weekends $225. September - May week nights $125, weekends $150. Rates are based on 4 people. Additional people are $10 per person per night up to 7 adults. Taxes are 13% and there is a $40 cleaning fee. A 20% non-refundable deposit must be received in order to hold your dates. Payment is due in advance of your stay. If paying by check, it must be received 2 weeks in advance. If paying by credit card, it must be done over the phone 7 days in advance. If paying by money order or cashiers check, it must be recieved 4 days in advance.
