Vacation Rental Description
Located in historic New Braunfels Texas these are no smoking no pets one & two bedroom condominiums located on the Comal River. To double your river fun we are also only a few minutes from the Guadalupe River as well. The condo's have a really nice balcony that's perfect to watch the sunset or sunrise from. The two bedroom easily sleeps 6 having 2 queen size beds and a queen size sleeper sofa. The one bedroom has a queen size bed, queen size sleeper sofa and 2 bunk beds for the kids. They come complete with cable TV and all needed amenities including a stove, dish washer, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, kitchen utensils, pillows, linens, and bath towels. For our extended stay guests there are laundry facilities and even a fire place for our "Winter Texans" to enjoy! 
 
The condo's are about 3 minutes from world famous Schlitterbahn Waterpark and a very short tube float from the famous Comal River Tube Shoot at Prince Solms Park. You can play in the tube shoot and walk back to the condo through the park and we have two tube rental companies right outside our gate! Located in the middle of everything, you can walk to Wurstfest, Landa Park and the downtown square where you will find everything from gourmet coffee to numerous antique and craft stores.

    • The park like setting at River Run Condominiums has over 400 feet of river frontage with picnic tables & BBQ pits on the river for your enjoyment. We have a basketball sport court, hot tub and horse shoes. We are located on the Comal River just across from Prince Solms Park. Our one & 2 bedroom condos have complete kitchens with refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, etc. We also provide one set of fresh linens & towels. We are a 10 minute river float to the famous Comal River Tube Shoot and with 2 tube rental companies just outside our gate your are only moments away from family floatation fun! We are 3 min from the world famous Schlitterbahn Waterpark. Other nearby attractions include Landa Park, Public Golf, Gruene Hall, Gristmill Restaurant, numerous antique & craft stores, gourmet coffee, and outlet mall shopping.     • Landa Park is right around the corner from us. Check out the Comal Springs while you are there. The Comal River is the shortest river in Texas. It is only 2 1/2 miles long and begins right here at the springs in the park. The spring fed Comal River remains 72 to 78 degrees year round. Your children will love to fish, feed the ducks and ride the train! Just an hour south of us is San Antonio Texas with numerous restaurants on the River Walk. The San Marcus Outlet mall is 20 min to the north. While in San Marcus be sure to visit Wonder Cave and climb the tower to view the fault line. You can actually see the fault line on the ground running through the area. Also don't miss Aquarena Springs with the glass bottom boats where you can see all sorts of colorful fish and underwater plant life.

    Our rates are seasonal but the atmosphere is always there! One bedroom nightly (off season) rate is $110.00 Two bedroom nightly (off season) rate is $130.00 Seasonal rates May 1st to September 1st One bedroom nightly (two night minimum stay required) $175.00 Two bedroom nightly (two night minimum stay required) $220.00 You must be at least 25 years of age to rent our condos and you must be a guest in the condo you are renting for the duration of the rental period.
