The Casita has a bedroom and full bath with sitting room refrigerator and screened in patio.  
 
Both properties are surrounded by a privacy wall yet are located downtown next to the Paisano hotel, the center of activity.  
 
The property may be rented for vacation rental or to host your next event.

      High Season Price: $575 per Day
         

    Payment We require full payment when a reservation is booked. We take MasterCard, Visa or American Express. You can overnight a check to us but it must be received within 3 days of booking. Cancellation Policy If you cancel this reservation, a 60-day notice must be given to refund your payment ( less $50 processing fee). If less than a 60-day notice is given, there will be no refund of deposit unless home is re-rented. Cancellation policy applies to last minute bookings as well. Sorry No exceptions. No refunds given for early departure. Price for Casita is $150/night Main house is $450/night entire property is $575/night Two night minimum required
