    PRICING: •Off peak rates: (September 7th - February 28th) $89 night (Sunday - Thursday) $129 night (Friday - Saturday and Holidays) $685 Weekly •Peak rates: (March 1st - September 6th) $105 night (Monday - Thursday) $145 night (Friday - Sunday and Holidays) $799 Weekly Cleaning fee is $40. There is a two night minimum or a $10 fee will be added. Prices include tax. Minimum 3 night stay on Memorial and Labor Day weekends. NON-SMOKERS ONLY and NO PETS! DEPOSIT: is 50% of rental amount if more than 60 days away and the remaining 50% is due 30 days before arrival. If less then 60 days away 100% is due upon booking. SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $200 hold will be put on your card 2 days before arrival.
