The home has been recently renovated with modern amenities. Central Heat & Air, ceilings fans in every rm both upstairs and down. The Lvngrm has a flat screen TV w/cable, stereo system w/cd/mp3, internet connection(cable modem)and a stone fireplace. The kitchen has side by side refridg w/ice & water dispenser, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker and stove/oven. No dishwasher but will supply disposable dinnerware & utensils if needed. There is an utility rm with a new washer & dryer. For sleeping requirements, downstairs we have three Qn size sofa beds & upstairs there are three bedrooms. 2 bdrms both with Qn beds and the 3rd bdrm has 2 bunk beds w/4 twin beds
(colorful linens)2 for girls & 2 for boys. Upstairs there is a full bthrm with tub/shower combo and downstairs a bthrm w/shower. There is an inside utility rm w/ new W/D. There are mini-blinds in all the bdrm/bthrm/kitchen/
dingrm and most of the Lvngrm windows, except for the antique picture windows and french doors which have a Lake view.

For entertaining; Upstairs just off the bdrm is a huge covered patio/veranda w/safety railings overlooking the lake. Great for morning coffee or "Happy Hour".In a shaded backyard there are two picnic tables and several strategically placed Adirondak chairs for relaxing. The on-site manager has a gas grill which can be used while renting the home. We have a 12'"swim" platform for sunbathing,fishing & swimming! There are several excellent restaurants in the area & the new Galleria Mall is just 8 to 10 miles down Hwy 71. We have many spas and golf courses nearby. The on-site manager can supply the directions and requirements if needed.

Everything New!!! Never been lived in!!! I have put the final touches for a beautiful, peaceful yet comfortable vacation home. Stocked kitchen with all the necessities including cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, pots/pans,coffee-maker, blender, toaster, baking pans, microwave, etc....The beds all have high quality egyptian bed linens, pillow-top mattresses, pillows etc..... Both bathrooms have quality large towels,hand towels and wash rags (please try & keep track of them) we will also provide toilet paper, paper towels, some cleaning supplies, bath soaps, shampoo & conditioners.** Hair dryer & Iron upon request**.


We do not supply any alcohol or their mixers but of course you may bring anything you wish. As long as you share it with the on-site manager...me! Ha! Ha! I know where the closest Liquor store is as well.

We sincerely want you & your family to have an excellent time but please remember this is a family oriented neighborhood and we request that you and your guests be understanding & plan your activities accordingly for such an area.Currently there are NO RESTRICTIONS or CURFEW on noise/music but after midnight(inside or outside)I would not want our neighbors to be upset. Nudity, Violence or Obscene behavior in OUTSIDE AREA will NOT be tolerated. If you or your guests behave in this manner or engage in any illegal activities on the OUTSIDE of rental property or in a PUBLIC AREA and verified by Manager you will be required to vacate within 5hrs- dis-allowing for special circumstances such as time of day, weather or illness.

our deposit will be forfeited for contract is void/invalid due to prohibited and/or criminal conduct. You WILL receive a refund of the days not used. Cleaning fee will be prorated by days of occupancy and reminder will be added to the rental refund. These monies will be mailed, within 7 to 14 days from departure date, to the address given on rental contract. These monies will be sent in the same form in which they were submitted at reservation.

				Low Season Price:	$250 per Day
				High Season Price:	$350 per Day

We currently accept CASH, MONEY ORDERS, CASHIER CHECKS & PERSONAL CHECKS only. No Credit cards at this time. Deposit is $300 for the 2/1 cottage and $500 for the 3/2 cottage. Deposit is due upon the reservation procedure in order to reserve cottage. Deposit is non-refundable On the last day of rental, the inspection form, which was examined,explained and signed by both parties upon check-in, will be used to verify condition of rental property & it's original contents. If there are no damages the deposit will be immediately applied to balance owed at check-out. A cleaning charge of $100 will automatically be charged regardless of the rental cleanliness. It MUST be cleaned by a staff member or hired professional. If cancellation occurs 14 days or less of the scheduled rental date the deposit will be forfeited. If cancellation occurs over 15 days or more the deposit will be refunded in the same manner in which it was submitted.
