This is a great place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Lake Travis and the abundance of deer and other wildlife. The Demarett Oak is only about 8 blocks from a beautiful 50 acre waterfront park with 2 boat ramps. The park is great for swimming, fishing, picnicing, group gatherings, and other lakeside activities. It is a short drive to tennis courts, junior olympic swimming pool, The Pier on Lake Travis floating restaurant, and Point Venture's 9 hole golf course. If your group is larger than 11, we recommend also reserving Demarett Cherub or Demarett Gem, which are just across the driveway from Demarett Oak.

For cancellations 3-13 days before arrival date the cancellation fee is $35 plus one nights rent. For cancellations 2 days or less before arrival date the cancellation fee is $35 plus 2 nights rent.
