Our townhome is located in Point Venture, Texas on Lake Travis, 20 miles northwest of Austin, in the Heart of the Texas Hill Country. Lake Travis is a beautiful lake with 44,000 acres of cool, clean and clear water. There is plenty of room for boating and water sports plus many coves where you can swim and relax. 
 
You can enjoy the beautiful view of the lake while relaxing on the decks. Deer roam freely in the early morning and evening hours. There is a gently sloping rock and grassy area leading to the lake.  
The woodburning fireplace is a welcome attraction during the cold, winter months.

    • Our townhome has been recently renovated and has two bedrooms and two full baths on two levels with a deck on both levels. We can sleep 9 comfortably with all the comforts of home. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and the other bedroom has two sets of bunk beds (1 with a full-sized bottom bunk). There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, appliances, etc. that you should need to cook a great meal. We also provide a gas grill (with propane. Bed linens, bath and kitchen towels are provided. Please bring your own towels for the lake or pool!

    • There are many activities to choose from right in the subdivision of Point Venture. The Point Venture nine hole golf course features a practice putting green, driving range, and pro shop. Other activities include an Olympic sized pool, six laykold tennis courts (four are lighted), and a 50 acre waterfront park with two boat ramps. Our ramps are still available when the lake levels are low or high. During times when the lake levels are low, we have the added benefit of a great big sandy beach. It's a great place to spend the day! The Point Venture Marina provides full service such as a fuel dock, a store, and Gnarly Gar, a floating restaurant. There are watercraft rentals located nearby.
