A $200 deposit is required at time of booking, balance to be paid in full 30 days prior to
check-in.
Cancellation policies
A $100.00 Cancellation Fee is charged if you cancel once a reservation has been made. If less than 14 days notice of cancellation is given then the Full amount of reservation will be charged. If you leave early or are a “no-show”, you will be charged for the Full amount of the reservation. Cancellations must be made by phone (person to person). No voice mails or e-mails will be accepted for cancellations.
We accept Cash, Checks, Money Orders, Visa, and MasterCard.
A 6% TAX & A $30 BOOKING FEE WILL BE CHARGED ON ALL RESERVATIONS

CHECK-IN Time is anytime after 3:00pm
CHECK-OUT Time is by 11:00am

This is a very special home, great atmosphere, fun to be in and a place that makes you just want to smile and laugh a lot. Now isn't that what holidays are all about?

Fabulous Vacation Rental by Lake Travis
Located in the Hill Country with views of Lake Travis, the Lake Travis Retreat Cottage is the perfect place to come and stay for some rest & relaxation. The living area has a large flat screen television & fireplace. Large Fully Equipped Kitchen w/ beautiful granite counter tops. Dining Area w/ large table & chairs. There are Two master suites with there own bathrooms (one with a jacuzzi tub) & (one with a fold out futon). The third bedroom has bunk beds. The garage has been transformed into a game / lounge room, with a mini pool table & lots of games. Great for kids or for adult game night. The house has a private Hot Tub to relax in-- great for couples and girlfriend getaways. Two wonderful decks w/ great views of the Hill Country and Lake Travis. Back Porch has a swing, patio furniture and propane gas grill. Nearby boat launches and day dock to enjoy boating on Lake Travis. Custom packages available!
