living area overlooking a running brook & private swimming pool. Has easy access to marina/Lake Conroe. Has all linens, utensils, blankets, coffee pot, refrigerator, ice maker, stove/oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, toaster.
Unit is fully furnished with (1) Queen size bed, Daybed w/trundle, & a sleeper sofa queen size.
