A five bedroom home with 4 queens and a full/full bunk for those extra guest there is even a super comfortable sleeper sofa. Don't worry about running out of hot water if every one showers because there are two tank-less water heaters... all four showers can be going at once..  
 
Only feet from the beach and a 3 miles from restaurants, shopping, golf, movies and museums you get more play time and less drive time. If you want to cook you have a top of the line kitchen to do so.. and every pot, pan and small appliance you might need. But why cook when you're on vacation? Order in - because you're not 30 miles from town there many restaurants that deliver.  
 
Bring the family, friends and neighbors. Have that reunion here and leave the cleaning to us.

    • Travel Info: Two beautiful new construction homes 4/5 beds with 3 full baths each. 11207 Bernice is a beachfront 11220 Bernice is 2nd row. Both sleep 12+ and offer all the comforts of home. If climbing all those stairs is an issue, 11207 has an elevator. These are so new that we are not yet furnished but they’ll be ready for the summer. (Pics will be up soon.)
