The cottage has just been recently listed and renovated + has a brand new kitchen with state of the art appliances and a fantastic washer and dryer. The home has a formal dining room with seating for 7 (6 + an extra chair) and even a breakfast nook for 2 more. The home has a queen bed, a twin which pulls out to make a king and then a queen sleeper in the living room.

There are games there, free high speed wireless internet, free local/long distance telephone service, satellite in both the living room and bedroom and you could even plug in your ipod and play it on the surround sound in the living room. There is a dvd/cd/vcr player and that's just the inside. The back yard has a fenced in large yard plenty of off street parking or on street as well. We have patio table and chairs, gas grill and only a block from the beach. The beach homes that are actually on the sand can not all promise you this close access to a less populated, clean beach with restaurants, ice cream parlors and rentals all within the proximity of this home. Convenience stores, banks, grocery stores are all within less than 5 minutes away.

The home is really relaxing and rejuvenating. My philosophy is that each and every person that enters these doors get the enjoyment you are looking for with the relaxing moments you deserve. So if you are not looking for something that is warm and inviting but want those commercialized properties than this is probably not for you but if you do this home is upgraded as if I were living there myself. The home has been kept with the decor of old world meets new as I love antiques and also like the new sleek lines of the new furniture that is available. I welcome you to give this a try. You will not be sorry!

There is a $300.00/Deposit, 80.00/cleaning fee and 15% taxes charged on every complete rental. This deposit can be given through check or credit card and may not be cashed/charged unless charges apply after final departure procedures are complete.
