WELCOME: 
Just a 15 minute drive from Texas A&M to “Near-by in Bryan’, this new construction single family, one floor living home is a great location to enjoy both College Station events and Bryan activities. Historic Downtown Bryan is just ½ mile away, filled with growing shopping and dining opportunities.  
 
The house sleeps six comfortably. It's a great home for families to stay in one place together OR for several couples to go in on together. It's perfect for friends and family to just relax and enjoy each other's company for a football game, wedding, reunion, graduation, or any other Texas A & M University, Bryan / College Station events. 
 
LOCATION: 
The house is two miles off of Texas 6, on William J. Bryan Parkway, across from Sue Haswell Park. The park offers tennis and basketball courts, horseshoe pits, baseball field, a fountain as well as a public pool. Historic Downtown is in walking distance.  
 
HOME FEATURES: 
The house features ceramic tile floors in living room, dining room and kitchen, carpeting is throughout all the bedrooms, black granite kitchen counters and stainless steel appliances. Customs cabinets and crown molding add warmth and charm to the home. 
 
KITCHEN HIGHLIGHTS: 
The fully furnished kitchen includes various cookware, glassware, Corelle service for eight, and utensils. In addition to an electric range with built in microwave and refrigerator, the kitchen also features a coffee maker, toaster, garbage disposal and dishwasher. 
 
DINING AREA: 
The solid wood construction table with exquisite two-tone finish and subtle contemporary style has four matching chairs. The adjoining granite breakfast counter, seats two additional guests with 30-inch swivel leather bar stools. 
 
LIVING ROOM: 
The two-tone micro fiber and leather sofa with attached lounger and plush pillows features a comfortable look. The matching oversized ottoman has room for your feet and drinks! The cozy furniture makes it relaxing to watch the 32’ flat screen cable T.V.  
 
BEDROOMS: 
The master and two guest bedrooms are furnished with simple, contemporary black furnishings. The queen size, pillow top bed, pillows, 19” flat screen TV atop the media chest and simple art work make them a relaxing and comfortable ending to your day. Clean sheets, towels, hair dryer and “forgotten” toiletries are also provided. The master bedroom has a private bath with large, walk-in shower.  
 
PATIO: 
Just off the kitchen, you can enjoy a cup of coffee on the covered patio’s bench overlooking the park.

    RESERVATION DEPOSIT- a reservation deposit of $1000.00 is required. This must be received within seven (7) days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided certain provisions are met. CANCELLATIONS - A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, $500.00 refund will be given. Early departure after arrival does not warrant any refund of rent. PAYMENT – Full payment is due three weeks before arrival. Please make payments in the form of traveler's checks, bank money orders, cashiers checks or personal checks payable to Dawn Peet. The payment is not a damage deposit.
