Lots to do in Sun City as well as nearby Georgetown, Austin and Lake Travis. Convenient from airport on new 1-30 toll road. Easy drive to Austin and University of Texas campus.  
The Home is tastefully furnished and decorated. Comfortable for your home away from home. Laundry room is just off the kitchen and the garage has an automatic garage door opener. A covered patio is perfect to enjoy the evenings or early mornings.  
Internet service is included as well as extended TV service.The up to date kitchen has a gas oven/stove, microwave, ice maker, refrigerator/freezer, coffee pot, toaster, blender and all the dishes, glasses, silverware and pots and pans for cooking.  
Linens, towels and pillows are all provided. 
Maid service per fee can be scheduled.
