The Lazy Bear Lodge Has All The Necessities Of Home And Plenty of Room For Everyone. Private Home, With 3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, 2 Story Cabin, Newly Added Wireless Internet Access Now Available. A Well Equipped Kitchen to Include: Refrigerator, Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Bagel/Toaster, Electric Can Opener. For The Cook, a Small Countertop TV. The Gameroom is Sure to Keep You Entertained! For Your Children, Sega and a Variety of Games are Provided. A half bath is just outside your room with the small reading area. The Back Deck is equipped with a Gas Grill and a couple of chairs to enjoy the evening skies. A Picnic table is outside under a tree for your family Barbeques. The Front Deck is large, Has a Futon and Rocking Chairs for a relaxing day or evening. In the Spring and Summer you can watch the Hummingbirds feed from the Front Deck. And if thats not enough enjoy the outside jacuzzi, relax outdoors in the fresh mountain Air. For the Winter Months, a Maintenance Free Gas Fireplace is located in the corner of the living room. There is so much to See and Do in the Area. You Can Go Rafting, Tubing, or Kayaking in Erwin, Fish at Nearby Watauga Lake or Go Hiking along the Appalachian Trail just 0.6 miles from the Cabin. Go Horseback Riding Nearby At Banner Elk Stables For Some Spectacular Views of Sugar, Beech And Grandfather Mtns. Golfing is Available in Both States, With Mountain Glen in North Carolina and Elizabethton Golf Course in Tennessee.
