Cozy, Studio condo sleeps 2-4 located at the Summit, one of Gatlinburg's premier resort complexes. Only 1&1/2 miles to Ober Gatlinburg and 3 miles to down town Gatlinburg. Queen bed and queen size sleeper sofa, full kitchen, private balcony, fireplace, free firewood, cable/satellite tv w/ HBO, WIFI, indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, game room, playground, basketball hoop, BBQ grills, picnic area, onsite coined laundry facility, amazing views and more. Great for honeymoons, anniversaries, vacations and that anytime getaway. Kid friendly! All of this for only $55 a night plus tax and a one time $50 cleaning fee per stay. **Stay 6 nights and get the 7th night free.

    We accept visa & master card. Reservations made more than 30 days in advance require a non refundable deposit of $55, with balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival or you can pay in full. If your reservation is made less than 30 days in advance than payment in full is required. No refunds after arrival. Rentor accepts full responsibility for any damages, phone charges and extra cleaning. Cancellation Policy: The time factor is very critical in vacation rentals. Your reservation will hold this rental off the market for a period of time. If you cancel for any reason after booking, your rent cannot be refunded unless the vacation rental is re-rented (less the non-refundable deposit). If you pay in full and need to cancel for any reason after booking, your rent cannot be refunded unless the vacation rental is re-rented(less the non refundable deposit). No shows will forfeit their deposit and will be charged entire balance due. No Exceptions.
