Our property is a beautiful 280 acres state with a very nice two story home. It has a mile and a half gated and paved driveway that runs through the wood of precious timber trees. It has many seasonal waterfalls and a creek that comes out from a cave by the house. It is full of wild life, with deer, turkeys, all kinds of birds and other little animals. We protect them. The house has three large bedrooms with two and a half bathrooms and is very nice and comfortable. One can see the wooden mountain and some undulated grass fields around the house from all the windows. It has all the amenities including a/c, central heating, internet and satellite TV. The property is located near many state parks and other beautiful attractions and there are many interesting antiques stores in the towns around it. It is very quite and secluded and very safe. The University of the South is our neighbor and we share the mountain with it, therefore we can enjoy many interesting activities at the university. We have people who take care of your needs and we can arrange excursions to the near lakes and to other attractions.

Our property has all the amenities and is very comfortable. There is a small cleaning fee. We can arrange for excursions to the lakes and attractions of the area around the house.

There are excellent restaurants and stores in all the small towns around our property and especially incredible antique stores. The University has many miles of hiking trails and there are many camping facilities at the numerous parks, lakes and also at the Tennessee River, which is only 30 minutes from our home. There are well known attractions in Chattanooga and Nashville.
