Minutes away from shopping, restaurants, golf course, Sclitterbahn waterpark, and 20 minutes to San Antonio.

Minutes away from restaurants and shopping in New Braunfels or to the Tanger Outlet Mall in San Marcos, golf course up the street at The Bandit, historic Gruene, and Schlitterbahn waterpark.

Low Season Price : $200
High Season Price : $450 per Week

off season is Sept 7-May 15 at $1500/wk or $200/night Sun-Wed and $300/night Thurs-Sat.

peak season is May 15-Sept. 7 at $2500/wk and holidays $2750/wk or $350/night Sun-Wed. and $450/night Thur-Sat.

This is also a $250 deposit and $60 cleaning fee.
