You can charter a guide to fish in the bay or offshore or go bird watching or just sight seeing. It's all walking distance from our home. Just down the street a short way is a 24 hour Walmart, a Chili's, a huge H.E.B. grocery store & just about every fast food restaurant known to Texas. If you take a short 20 mile drive to the Ferry at Port Aransas Texas you can go offshore gambling on the Texas Treasure or deep sea fishing or just lay out on the beach. To the north of our home is the Copano Bay Causeway, Goose Island State Park and the Aransas National Wildlife Refuge. Never been crabbing or fishing or surfing or kayaking? Here's you chance. Texas lets you drive on their beaches. Most people don't realize how easily acessible & friendly Texas recreational areas are.
