High rise condominium on the sea wall 7th floor overlooking the
ocean. Moody Gardens and the Schlitterbahn (huge waterslide
amusement park) and historic downtown are nearby. Condo is an
efficiency unit. The kitchen and bath are both separate. The unit
has a beautifully updated decor. The balcony view of the ocean gives
this condo that refreshing get-a-way feeling. It is a beautiful and
relaxing combination of ocean view and decor. Vacation Rental Amenities
The Condominium has access to coffee bar, lobby,tennis courts, and
very nice pool. Possible uses include: honey-moon, 7day to monthly
rents, or year around. Evening walks or jogging on the sea wall blvd
are great for exercise and well lighted. This sidewalk on the sea
wall is across the street in front of the condo. The Galveston
restaurants are world famous.
