Rooms are private and common areas are oriented in way to allow entry, exit, meals, DVD viewing, hot tubbing and pool playing any time of the day or night without disturbing other occupants. The property is located near a Whole Foods, Blockbuster, Smiths Market, Wal Mart, Starbucks and several resturants. It is in the Beverly Hills area of Albuquerque. You have great parking and it is very safe unlike other areas near old town and the univeristy where you car is easily and often vandalized.
You also have very close access to all the tourist attractions, Sandia tramway for skiing and dining, and I-25 and I-40 for museums, old town and other local attractions. If you reserve space during Balloon Fiesta we are located near a park-and-ride service that allows you to avoid traffic, and parking nightmares. Also on the deck, you can view all the balloons as they take flight in the mornings.

During the first full week of October Albuquerque hosts the International Balloon Fiesta. It is the most photographed event in the world. Over 900 balloonist from all over the globe come here to fly the famous "Albuquerque Box". An amazing, colorful, and unforgettable week of ballooning activities and events.
Casa Paz y Amour is at the base of the Sandia's and very close to the worlds longest Tram. The Tram will take up to 10,000ft. At the bottom, a darling Mexican resturant will seat you for an amazing sunset and margaritas. Up the road after you have visted Old Town, our fabulous museums, and Knobb Hill is Santa Fe. Santa Fe is an interantional art collectors destiantion and a great place to shop for Indian handicrafts and other unique art. It is also know for great resturants and museums. Very close by are numerous natural hot springs. Hiking and biking trails along the Rio Grande river, bosque and Sandia Mountains.

MC, VISA, Cash, or Cashiers Checks accepted. All rooms have a 12% New Mexico room tax. If cash is paid upon arrival, we will pay the tax. In order to reserve a room we will require a credit card and will charge two nights on the card to hold the space. This includes the room tax. Each room is priced seperatly.
English Garden Room: $70/night. Double Bed.

Mexican Fiesta Room: $85/night. Queen Bed.

Contemporary Contemplation Room: $95/night. Queen Bed.

All rooms individually as well as collectively are available at a weekly and montly rate. Please inquire regarding these rates.
The rates increase during the Balloon Fiesta, please inquire.
There are inflatable double bed mattress for children in the rooms. This is arranged per client. If an additional person stays, there is a $35/night charge, per person.
$75 cleaning fee if occupant stays 1 week.
