Cleaning fee: $125.00

Reservation Deposit: $500.00 / Refundable within Thirty (30) days of
arrival. Must be made by cashier check or cash.

Entire balance of stay to be paid for within THIRTY days of arrival
via wire, cashiers check, personal or cash.

Refundable security deposit: $500.00. Add $250.00 for pets.
