Jan Feb and March rates are $2500/month April May Nov & Dec are $1900/month June-Sept $1500/month Rates are subject to discounts for multiple months. Deposit and rental terms for short term furnished rentals: $500.00 deposit to hold reservation for monthly guest $200.00 deposit to hold reservation for weekly guest. Deposit is refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival or Jan 1 for winter visitors 1st month rent & balance of deposit due on arrival Subsequent months due on the 1st of the month. Deposit will be returned within 10 days of departure less the cleaning fee and any incidental charges (if any) Check-in is at 3:00 pm & check-out is 10:00am Please be aware that if you commit for multiple months we will need at least 30 day advance notice and there will be a lease break charge if 30 day notice is not given.
