Green Valley has 9 golf courses and 9 recreation centers w/swimming, billiards, arts and crafts, tennis, etc. Famous Madera Canyon for hiking and bird watching is 12 miles. 30 miles from Tucson. There are 9 golf courses and 11 social centers offering swimming (heated pools) fitness rooms and class rooms. Billiard and tennis courts also available. Club/class in card games, lapidary, woodworking, painting and ceramics to name a few. We are near (12 miles) one of the most famous bird watching sites in the US. (Madera Canyon) If hiking is your forte we have nearby (12 miles) mountains. If you dance there are several dance clubs (tango, ballroom, square, tap, etc).

Living room has 32" TV w/DVD and fireplace. Master bedroom has king bed. Second bedroom has full size Murphy bed. Laundry has new washer/dryer. Each bedroom has a private bath. Skylites in kitchen, both bathrooms and second bedroom. Ceramic tile in kitchen, both bathrooms and foyer.
Living room has cathedral ceiling.
The townhouse is fully furnished - dishes, china, silver, beverage glasses, linens, pots, pans, etc. If anything is missing, just contact me and I will get it for you.
Small pet allowed upon approval of landlord. Non refundable $5o pet deposit. Also $60 cleaning fee.
