Nearly 1800 square foot home on 1/4 acre custom lot (fully fenced) to provide a quiet, spacious atmosphere. All utilities paid. High speed internet included upon request.

For a nominal fee, membership is included to Green Valley Recreation which includes twelve nearby facilities (one within walking distance) containing pools, workout centers, racquetball, woodworking, plus various gatherings for all interests. Minutes away from seven golf courses, theater, museums, and two shopping malls. Only 20 miles to famous artist community of Tubac and 40 miles from colorful Mexico.
