It is a beautiful two bedroom (King and Queen) with a fully functional
den (equipped with desktop computer, printer, high speed internet, two bath

This home is in a wonderful location, just 5 minutes from the 101, 5
minutes from great shopping and restaurants, 10 minutes from downtown Cave Creek
(which offers a wonderful western feel with great restaurants,
galleries, and shopping) 5 minutes to Scottsdale. Golfing is all around the
home(Cave Creek, Phoenix, Scottsdale are all within 10 minutes of the home, all
with some of the best courses in the country)

As for hiking, you can hike directly behind the home, or if you wish to
climb mountains, Pinnacle Peak is just 10 minutes from the home. (This
hike is incredible and offers a great workout, I highly recommend it!)
In addition, the home backs to state trust land and offers city lights
and mountain views, as well as tons of wildlife.

Rates

Low Season Price : $750
High Season Price : $1195 per Week
In the event that the Tenant cancels the reservation for any reason, a $ cancellation fee will be charged. If the cancellation occurs at least thirty (30) days prior to the Check-In Date and the Owner is unable to re-rent the Rental Property by the Tenant’s Check-In Date, the Tenant will be liable for fifty (50%) percent of the rental costs. If the cancellation occurs less than thirty (30) days of the Check-In Date, all monies paid by Tenant will be forfeited if the Rental Property is not re-rented by the Check-In Date. Owner will make all reasonable efforts to re-rent the Rental Property by the Check-In Date.
