This house is located in a peaceful tract in North Scottsdale. The property is bordered by two natural arroyos, providing a healthy space between neighboring homes. The views and terrain are classic southwest, with cactii and desert plants.

The living room, formal dining room, family room, and kitchen are all spacious and elegantly appointed. The upstairs master bedroom includes a large master bathroom with a walk-in closet and a private deck with expansive views of the valley. The family room includes a large, flat-screen television, stereo, fireplace, and free broadband wireless Internet access. The home also features a large backyard and a three car garage.

$150 cleaning fee and $500 refundable security deposit required. If you wish to heat the pool, there is also an additional $175 energy charge.

25% deposit required to hold your reservation. Balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.
