Also about 6 blocks from the 101 Fwy and about 15 minutes to Sky Harbor Airport. If you are interested in free outdoor activities, the McCormick Ranch recreational greenbelt trails are within easy walking distance. The paths wind through lakes and golf courses for about 20 miles.
This unit is pristine, with semi-traditional, a little bit cowboy furnishing. Extremely comfortable with a LazyBoy recliner and top of the line new Serta king matress in the master. The living room has a king size sleeper sofa and the guest room has a trundle day bay that also sleep 2. The patio overlooks a lawn and is surrounded by trees.
