Our home away from home is yours to enjoy.Scottsdale is one of the finest areas in Phoenix. Safe, clean, wide streets, Palm trees blowing in the breeze, Mountain views & plenty of green grass, flowers & fruit trees. Our home has 3 bedrooms ideal for disabled acess as we are on one floor with no stairs. 2 baths one ensuite bath off the master bedroom with walkin closet. King size beds in 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in the other bedroom. New spacious kitchen that is fully equipped. Brand new tile throughout so we can see how clean it is. Dining room that seats 6 as well as a patio table & 6 chairs outside on the patio. The pool is about 8 ft deep with a shallow end. Come to GOLF or come to SHOP or just come to enjoy the sights as well as the WEATHER. We have great neighbors that we respect so come and stay in our home & enjoy it as much as we do.

We require 50% at time of booking & the balance 60 days before arrival. After booking there is no cancellation. We don't take damage deposits as we trust you to look after the home. We have a cleaning fee of $125. Cheques bank draft or money transfer
