To reserve, 50% pre-payment of rental fee will be required to hold the condo for the requested dates. Balance plus Security/Damage Deposit due at or before check in.
All payments are payable by cash, check or money order. Exact amounts only.
Pre-payment fully refundable 60 days prior to check in date, no refund within 30 days of check in date.
