Beautiful first floor condo in a small lush, gated, resort style complex built in 1996. Located east of Hayden, north of Via de Ventura, about 4 blocks from a neighborhood center with great choices in restaurants and some cute boutiques. Also about 6 blocks from the 101 Fwy and about 15 minutes to Sky Harbor Airport. If you are interested in free outdoor activities, the McCormick Ranch recreational greenbelt trails are within easy walking distance. The paths wind through lakes and golf courses for about 20 miles.

Rates

Low Season Price : $1700
High Season Price : $2900 per Month
The minimum rental is 3 months per condo association rules.
January - April 3 month rental is $2900/mo.
December and May are $2000.
June-November is $1700.

All rentals include DSL, upgraded cable, utilities and amenities.

Security deposit is $2000 and is refundable.
Cleaning is $200, non-refundable.
Pet deposit is $200 and is refundable.

Deposits must be received within 7 days of signed lease. 1st months rent must be received 30 days prior to move-in.
