For your convenience, we are 4 blocks from the grocery store , 1 block from seven eleven ,2 blocks from the post office, restaurants, pharmacy & Virginia's Old Coast Guard Station. A 10 min. drive to Target,Walmart, K-Mart or Lynnhaven Mall.
Our 1,2,3 and 4 bedroom units are fully furnished and may accommodate from 1to10 people max. All units are equipped with full kitchens, living room, dining room, private bedrooms, cable TV,central A/C, towels,linens and for your outside pleasure- sundeck or porch, Both with BBQ grill.
Only 2 short blocks to the ocean front and boardwalk, restaurants & shopping. Minutes from the grocery store, shopping malls, pharmacies, 2 miles from Ocean Breeze water Park and a short distance(1hr) to Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens& Water Country U.S.A..

Rates: The following rates are for a weekly stay in June, July or August & partial Sept.
The rental rate for a 1-bdrm.-$850,2-bdrm 1,125,3 bdrm 1525-1675, 4bdrm 1695-1795.
The rental rate for a 4 bedroom & 2 bath home starts at $1,695-1,795 per wk. for parties of up to 8 people. 10 max.
Reservations: In order to secure any unit for a week in the summer months, we require a $500.00 –700.00 deposit mailed to us within 3 days of the booking (Canada-7days) The remaining balance of the weekly rate, 13 % lodging tax, $1.00 per night City tax and a refundable security deposit of $100-$350 is due on the day of your arrival before you are issued keys and parking passes. For payments we DO accept personal checks for ADVANCE DEPOSITS. Upon arrival, we accept US money orders, US traveler’s checks and cash. OUT OF STATE & PERSONAL CHECKS are NOT acceptable for final payments. We do NOT accept any credit card
