This completely furnished split level three bedroom two bath home is located in an upscale neighborhood in the center of Williamsburg. The living room and kitchen are on the ground level. Four steps up are the bedrooms and bath rooms. The kitchen is tiled with granite counter tops and all the modern conviences. A spigot has instant hot water for that quick cup of coffee or hot chocolate.The master bedroom has queen bed and private bath. Remaining bedrooms have queen beds and share hall bath. Linen, silverware are provided. Swing set and horseshoes are on site.
Three blocks away is Williamsburg Community Center with olympic pool, weight room, excercise equiptment, handball,and indoor track.Temporary pass for $55 for week or $11 per day. Six miles to Bush Gardens, Water Park USA, and Presidents Park. Only 0.2 miles to "Restaurant Row" with all franchise and popular places. Six miles to Go Karts, and famous Williamsburg Pottery. No pets

Low Season Price : $1600
High Season Price : $1900 per Week

$500 deposit and contract required to secure reservation time. Rent must be paid 30 days before reserved time. Cancelled reservations receive full refund if done 60 days before reserved time and one half refund if cancelled before 30 days. Cancelled reservations less the 30 days before reserved time receive no refund.
