Main Description
The Blue Bear Haven has two levels built in 1986 on a solid street level foundation. Access is gained by using either of the double french sliding doors or main doors on each level. Unloading and loading your luggage is literally 4 steps away!
Two bedrooms on upper level share a full bath. This level also has the fully equipped kitchen, dining room, fireplace, Television, stereo, books and movies, and a full deck which shares views of the aerial tram and Mt. LeConte.
The main level has two more bedrooms and another full bath. Also another fireplace as well as another TV viewing area with Sega game system ( games provided), a game table ( games provided ), Foosball Table, Wet Bar, and the rarity of a Wurlitzer Piano!
We have set this up for our guests with our priorities on your relaxation and comfort!
Pets are welcome if they stay off the furniture and are housebroken.
One more thing, bear sightings are a common occurence here.

Nearby Pigeon Forge has Discount Malls galore and All types of live theatre performances including comedy and dinner/show combinations. Dollywood is a major draw as well.
You will also have access to three owners clubs with swimming, tennis, etc.

This is a full size Chalet fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. There is also a piano and a wet bar in the game room with a fireplace and Foosball table all on one level! Super location halfway up Mt. Harrison with simple driving directions.
We are private owners who will assist you planning your vacation ( mostly via e-mail ) and we live in the area so we know what advice to give you as to when, where, and what to do!
Please bring your own toiletries and groceries. We provide everything else!

Rates

Low Season Price : $700
High Season Price : $930 per Week


We charge between 100.00/nt. and 165.00/nt depending on the Holidays and seasons. We do require a 3 night Minimum and a 20% downpayment.
A 7 day notice is required for cancellation and the downpayment is non-refundable.
We accept all manner of payment including PayPal, Visa/Master Card, Personal checks. We do not accept AX or Discover.
