Main Description
Spacious and comfortable 4-bedroom Sea Pines home in quiet neighborhood overlooking the 17th fairway of the new Heron Point by Pete Dye Golf Course. Our home has two sleeping wings which allows for greater privacy. The newly-painted master bedroom, with king-sized bed, has french doors opening to one of the rear decks. This bedroom shares a large bathroom with shower, double sinks and jacuzzi-size tub. It connects to a newly decorated guest room with two twin beds. The other wing has two bedrooms, each with two twin beds, and a brand new bathroom
with tub/shower and two sinks. The kitchen, with "garden house" breakfast nook, is fully equipped, and the dining room has a pub table for enjoying a drink or snack, a dining table and a game table. Newly decorated living room has a fireplace and french doors out to another deck. There is also a screened-in porch and a laundry
room. Gorgeous wooded lot. Access to Plantation Club pool.

Our home is centrally located within Sea Pines, which has wonderful bicycle trails throughout the property. We are an easy bike ride or walk (1 mile) from the Beach Club, where you can stroll for miles on
the white sand beaches, swim, or just look for dolphins. We are also close to Sea Pines Center and world famous Harbour Town, where you will find lots of good restaurants and shopping.
