This is one of our 5 bedroom 3 bath beach houses located in Ocean Lakes.. Easy walk to the beach. All of our houses are built on stilts so the parking is under the house. Outside showers are provided to rinse off after enjoying the ocean. Fully furnished kitchens with all gadgets, appliances, utensils, etc. Linen packages, departure cleaning and golf carts can be reserved for an additional fee. Ocean Lakes is a great family oriented gated beach community located in south Myrtle Beach. The community offers endless activities for all ages. Indoor pool, outdoor pools, kiddie pools, arcade, recreational building, skate park, Nature center, miniature golf,waterslide, observatory deck, 8 fresh water lakes for fishing or feeding the ducks, lifeguards on duty at pools and ocean most of the year, etc. Most people ride golf carts, bikes or walk. Kids are required to wear safety gear in the skate park.

Low Season Price : $950
High Season Price : $2300 per Week


We require 50% of total amount to be paid within 2-3 weeks of making the reservation.
We accept personal checks, money order and cashier checks.
The balance due is required 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy varies by time of year.
11% accommodation tax is required by law and not included in the rental amount
$200 refundable security deposit required on the house and is returned within one week of your departure date.
$75 non refundable pet fee (Ocean Lakes does reserve the right to refuse certain dangerous breeds).
